With a trip back to the US for Christmas 2006 scheduled just a month away, we knew we weren't going to have a traditional American Thanksgiving (again). So we went to Malta instead. Ironically, we ended up having turkey two out of three nights we were there (on the third, I had rabbit - YUM). We shied away from Valetta and ended up sticking to the west and north of the island, and even hopped over to Gozo for a day. We had a great time, and if we stay in Europe long enough it'd be great to go back, but there are other places we need to see first!!
